what we do
Montana understands the key components necessary to craft an unforgettable occasion. These include those cherished and heartfelt moments during your ceremony, the atmosphere during your cocktail hour, and the magic surrounding your first dance. Following the key special moments, will kick off the fun celebration with an evening filled with your favourite dance classics, drawing everyone to the dance floor! Injecting fun, enthusiasm, and enjoyment into your upcoming event is what we do.

Have a particular song in mind that isn't listed among our artist's repertoire? No worries! We will earn your unique song requests for all your significant moments. Our packages include the option for Montana to learn and perform up to three songs* for your special day.

reception pricing 2024
Our 4 piece band (2 lead vocals male & female, guitar, drums, bass or keys) pricing for a 5 hour reception only package is $3500 + GST, or add extra instruments for $600 per player.
This includes our lighting & PA set up, a wireless microphone available for use during speeches, coordinating the pre-recorded music between sets, and learning a special song for the first dance and/or parent dance.
Needing something more low key?
No problem! We can perform as an acoustic duo or trio to suit any sound restrictions your venue may have or to keep costs within your budget.
Duo: $2300 + GST (acoustic guitar, male & female vocals, stomp box)
Trio: $2900 + GST (acoustic guitar, male & female vocals, and either drums, keys or bass)

Ceremony: We can perform live acoustic music as your guests arrive for the ceremony; play your special custom learned song live as you walk down the aisle sign your official documents and celebrate your first kiss as newlyweds (60 mins)
Cocktails: Serenading your guests during cocktail/canape hour as your bridal party head off for photos (60 mins)
Additional $400+GST per session, or $700+GST for both
Travel within 100kms of Brisbane CBD is included in our pricing.
Outside of that is charged at 80c per km per band member each way to cover time and fuel.
If the location is more than 2.5 hours travel, accommodation may be required to be provided.
Extra time: The package can be extended at an additional $100 + GST per hour per band member

how to book
Once you have a date in mind, email [email protected] to check our availability, as well as information about your venue location, what package you are interested in, and contact info (phone numbers and names) for you and your future husband/wife.
Montana will confirm the availability, pricing and send a booking agreement and tax invoice with deposit and final payment details to secure your date. We will be in touch closer to the date to follow up on details such as runsheet and songs

Once you have signed and returned the Booking Agreement, we require a 25% deposit to secure the date.
The final balance is due 30 days before your event.
