Montana builds entertainment around your event — not the other way around. Rather than selling fixed packages, we shape the line-up, timing and energy to suit your run sheet, your venue and your guests. From networking events and conferences to gala dinners, festivals, executive dinners, Christmas parties and public events, we deliver polished live music that elevates the guest experience.
Fronted by Natalie and Brook — accomplished performers with over 1,000 performances between them — Montana understands event logistics as well as the stage. We work seamlessly with venues, production teams and event coordinators, run to the minute, and bring the professionalism and reliability your event depends on.

Do you provide production, or work with our AV team?
Both. For smaller events we can supply professional PA, lighting and wireless microphones; for larger events we integrate cleanly with your venue AV or production team — liaising on inputs, monitoring and stage plots ahead of the day so bump-in is seamless.
Can you perform across multiple locations at the same venue?
Yes. Additional setups (for example, a foyer performance plus a main-room set) can be arranged — just let us know and we'll quote it transparently.
Can you perform outdoors?
Yes, with access to power and cover from the elements. We bring a battery PA option for arrival/cocktail spaces, and we'll confirm a wet-weather plan with you in advance.
Do you travel?
Yes — travel is quoted accordingly based on your location. For interstate or overseas events we can either quote a delivered fee covering travel, accommodation and logistics, or work with what you provide.
Are you insured?
Yes — we hold current public liability insurance (certificates available on request), and we'll be up to date with any inductions and compliance your event or venue requires.
Can we invoice through our company?
Yes. We invoice with an ABN and GST and can bill your company or organisation directly, with standard payment terms.
Can agencies book on behalf of clients?
Absolutely — we work with event agencies and producers regularly, and can deal with you directly while keeping your client front and centre.
How does pricing work?
Every event is customised, so once availability is confirmed you'll receive access to our interactive pricing to build an estimate — then request your formal quote. No fixed packages, no surprises.
